Welcome to WHOLE HEALTH OUTREACH, in Ellington, MO. We are an ecumenical group of trained staff and volunteers committed to:

• providing services to women and children victims of domestic and sexual violence through our Casa Guadalupe Domestic Violence Shelter;
• offering preventive health care/education through our programs for older adults; 
• responding to the unmet health needs that impact families in crisis; and
• networking with community organizations and resources.

Presently, we serve a five county area in South Central Missouri: Iron, Reynolds, Carter, Shannon and Wayne counties.

Whole Health Outreach is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our Form 990 is available upon request. 


         

Casa Celebrate's 20 Years! 

On May 20th, past and present employees, along with past residents of Casa Guadalupe,  came together to reflect on the past 20 years that Casa has been a service to the area. 

We feel blessed an honored for the ongoing support of our community, and look forward to serving the next 20 years!
